Delivery Time

• Delivery within Colombo 1-15 will take 2 to 3 Business days from the date of order.
• Deliveries outside Colombo will take 3 to 5 Business days from the date of order.
• Orders placed during public Holidays / Weekends will be dispatched on the next Business day.
• Peak/holiday seasons or promotions or special events may result in delays in processing, dispatching & delivery of your orders.
• Our courier teams will call you prior to delivery; this will be considered a delivery attempt. Failure to deliver after three such attempts will result in the cancellation of your order.
• Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date set out in the shipping confirmation unless there is an Event Outside Our Control (as defined in the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use of this Website).

Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery time is between 4 to 14 Business days.
• You will receive a tracking number via email to track the progress of your package.
• In the event you do not receive a tracking number, please email our customer service executive info@keten.lk.
