Exchange Policy
You can exchange your purchase in case you change your mind or have bought the incorrect size under our exchange policy if;
- The product is within 10 days from the date of purchase. Cash or card payment refund is not available; only product exchanges are allowed.
- The product is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed with all the tags attached. (Items that are damaged, unhygienic, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and your exchange will be rejected.)
- The product was not purchased on discount, sale, or exchange.
- You supply the store receipt or online order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
- Purchases made at the flagship store cannot be exchanged online. These exchanges can only be done by visiting the physical store.
- Purchases made online through the Keten website can be exchanged at the Flagship Store.

Return the package to Keten- 5/1, Havelock City Apartments, Elibank tower, Havelock city, Colombo-05.
Once we receive goods, we will approve your exchange after inspections. Our team will reach out to confirm the item you need in exchange. We don’t reserve any items for exchanges until after the garments are received and inspected. Items can be exchanged for a different size or an alternative product subject to availability of stock.
